Playa Vista is an innovative and connected urban community located in the Westside of Los Angeles, California. It is a neighborhood bounded by Cantilena Avenue on the east, Bellona Wetlands on the east, Bellona Creek to the north and Westchester Bluffs to the south.
Its development as a planned residential and commercial community began in 2002 on property once occupied by Howard Hughes’ aircraft plant, runway and hangars.
